The Vision Behind The Network
Dr. Cheryl D. Knowles
Founder & President — Global Praise Dancers NetworkDr. Cheryl D. Knowles is a devoted servant of God, licensed minister, and visionary leader from New Providence, The Bahamas. With more than 30 years of faithful ministry, she has ministered throughout The Bahamas and the United States, serving alongside respected leaders while inspiring individuals to discover and fulfill their God-given purpose.
A dancer since the age of five, Dr. Knowles trained in ballet, folk, and ethnic dance, cultivating a lifelong passion for using movement as an expression of worship. This foundation, combined with her heart to unite and develop worshipers through the creative arts, led to the establishment of the Global Praise Dancers Network.
As Founder and President of the Global Praise Dancers Network, Dr. Knowles provides leadership to an international ministry dedicated to developing dancers, worship leaders, musicians, and creative arts ministers for effective Kingdom service. Through leadership training, mentorship, conferences, and worship experiences, the ministry continues to impact lives throughout the Caribbean and North America.
She is also the visionary behind the network's signature gatherings, including Dancers Unleash and THE POUR Worship & Arts Gathering — transformational experiences that bring together worshipers and creatives for training, impartation, spiritual renewal, and authentic encounters with the presence of God.
Driven by a passion for Kingdom advancement, Dr. Knowles continues to invest in the next generation of worshipers and leaders, encouraging them to serve with excellence, lead with integrity, and glorify God in every sphere of influence.
